Yesterday, Liz, Scott, Caroline & Colin stopped by for a long lunch on their way to Scott's parent's house. They drove about 6 hours to get to us and then only had about an hour and a half to go after leaving our house.The kids loved seeing Colin and Caroline! They had a lot of fun playing outside (although no-see-ums drove Colin back into the house to play trains) and even today, Carl was asking to put on his socks and shoes and "Go play Carolyn". I think he felt it he went out back, she would show up! Both kids pronounced her name wrong! Sorry, Caroline!
It was so nice to visit, just way too short! Always is when you get together with family, isn't it?
