Yesterday, Chuck and Barbara came over and we spent the day just hanging out and playing. Lew & Chuck headed over to the Used Book Sale for a bit in the afternoon to give poor Chuck's eyes a rest from the cats. Then, we sat out back while the kids played before dinner. Lew barbecued some delicious filet along with swordfish and tuna from the docks. Everything was delish!! The kids ended up being up until about 9:30 pm! Carl had school today, but after Gretchen & I got home from dropping him off, they came over for a couple hours. We're already looking forward to seeing everyone again in June at Stephanie's wedding!
Oh - and Carl told his teachers Uncle Chuck and Aunt Barbara came to visit! They knew his Aunt & Uncle were here, but he told them their names and they understood them correctly! that is pretty cool for him to give a report like that!
