snow in NY!

 She was so happy! 

 and determined to make a snowman

 She ended up got being happy to grab it in her hands and throw it up in the air to fall on her head. 

We were all disappointed.  At dinner tonight, Gretchen said, "We will most likely get snow in February here.  That doesn't mean we will definitely get some.  "Likely" means it could happen." 

I sure hope so.
